Hi guys, as some of u know ive been on citalopram (30mg) nearly 13 weeks now and ive suffered awful side effects and lots of nasty blips :weep: well last sunday i spent all day literally rocking with my anxiety to the point i called the crisis team for support :ohmy: throughout the week ive been making alot more progress and today is my sons 11th birthday and i made it out to a really busy restaurant with lots of my family and 45 mins away from home and i had a fab time!! I can't believe it...............i laughed, talked and ate loads :D and NO anxiety!! I so nearly cancelled it yesterday cause i was panicking how i would be but i DID it, lets hope it continues cause it feels so good at the min :D xx
