It appears I am intolerant to wheat so I am now cutting it out. I couldn't hack eating it for 6 weeks solid to have a coeliac test as I became quite ill when eating it, as soon as I went wheat free again I improved alot.
I have lost alot of weight in the last few months, I am petite anyway and have always been around 6 & half stone, I am 5ft tall and tiny frame, as are all my family. I have gone down to 6 stone 3.5lbs, my GP weighed me a month ago. I haven't lost any more but nor have I gained any weight.
I have been wheat free again for a week and I am so much better but I am worried that I won't ever gain weight being wheat free. I really need to get back up to the weight I was, and gain a little more. Is it possible when being wheat free? I don't want to be underweight like this:weep:
