Had a severe allergic reaction a few weeks ago and now

waiting for more tests to see what I reacted to but this is a worst case senario for someone like me/us. I can barely eat and every time I do I have massive panic attacks. I feel like my throat is closing all the time and it sucks!!!! Anyone else have real allergies and have trouble coping this way?? help.:weep:

No. But my dad did with shrimps I remember he couldnt breath properly and his throat felt all funny. I just think you reacted to a certain food which you need to avoid.

Dont worry about it I feel really sick everytime I drink milk products so obviously I have a reaction to that.
