For the last month or so i have had the feeling that something is stuck in my throat (right side only) i have spoken to a few people and they have said that it's all down to anxiety. It's really starting to bugg the hell out of me, a couple of weeks ago i coulnt stop crying, as i let it get on top of me, which i am trying very hard not to let happen again.

Has anyone else had or suffer with feeling?

And why is it that whenever you go to the docs and they read your notes whatever youve got is down to panic or anxiety!!! it really makes me angry.

Any thoughts on the throat thing would be grand

You may not want to hear this but I have had the throat/swallowing problem for a year now and it just won't go away!

Hi Liz

I know exactly what you mean about the throat thing. Mine comes and goes and has done for the last 5 months. I also agree with you about the doctors Im told the same thing every time and it makes me feel stupid like Im wasting their time. As long as the throat thing isnt there all the time my doc told me not to worry.

We are all here for each other x

Hello Liz! I used to suffer with this from time to time, and it used to worry me sooooo much. But every time, it would turn out to be my nerves. My mother also suffered with it years and years ago. She was sent to an ear, nose and throat specialist to find out what was going on, and they found nothing. It was a result of her anxiety also. I know that it feels really unpleasant, but if you can try not to focus on it too much, hopefully it will go away.

I hope this has helped you some. Good luck!!

Love Lyla xx
