does anyone have this buzzing noise in their ears?

it has got worse since i came off my ssri and changed to prozac(2 weeks now)but the buzzing in my ears is going crazy,like a tv that is left on,it wont go away,just back from the doctors and he said everything is fine with them,could it be because im in a high state of anxiety?could the prozac stop this buzzing noise?im only on 20 mg of prozac

I have a humming noise in my right ear especially of a morning but I am starting to think it is neck tension as only get it when I feel tense.

Its catch 22. The more you worry about it the more it stays around and the more it stays around the more you worry. Just let it be there and I am sure it will go away. You know its not dangerous.
