Hello, I used to have it or at least that's what my ENT says.

I had slightly hoarse voice for weeks. I can sort of feel the low vibration every time I speak, making the pitch slightly lower. Even though most people around won't notice my voice difference, I know it's difference. I've seen a GP who then referred me to an ENT.

My ENT specialist did an endoscopy on me and then told me that he thinks I have LPR or silent reflux because my vocal cords were slightly inflamed. I told him that I feel fine, didn't feel any heartburns, no weird acid taste in my mouth, but he says a silent reflux usually happens at night and I won't get symptoms like heartburns, etc.

So anyway, I was put on a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) course to reduce the stomach acid. After a month or so, I can still feel hoarseness on my voice, but it has improved.
