Hi everyone. I've been slightly better with my HA for the past few days, but I think basically for the last month, I've been sitting on my couch, anxious, shaking, not going out and not thinking about much else. I'm getting little sharp pains all over my body, my shins, my arms, my shoulders hurt too and the bottom of my back. (I think that's from lifting some heavy stuff a few days ago). I can't tell if the pain is muscular or bones, sometimes it feels like it's my joints. Im worried that these are a sign of something serious, like bone cancer! I don't have any other symptoms and I'm sure it's just anxiety and the fact that I have done nothing but sit and worry for weeks now... I just hate this!
