Feeling lost and alone

I feel soo alone and don't understand my feelings and don't know where to turn nomore. I never feel happy, I'm allways feeling ill and convinced work must think I fake but it's not like physically ill it's emotionally ill inside. Everyday is such a struggle, work does distract me but I'm just never happy :-(

Aww I know what you mean, i feel emotionally ill inside and that makes me feel physically ill. You're not alone, can you talk to anyone at all that you trust?
Can you speak to your doctor?
We can conquer this, but its hard I know.
