How long after giving blood can i do vigorous exercise?

I exeercise a lot cos, for the muscles and cardio because it makes me feel good and relaxed for the rest of the day usually.

I gave blood on monday, standard 1 pint of whole blood. Can i do intense exercise tomorrow?

Should be fine. I find it makes very little difference and I can go back to physical work.... gardening...... almost immediately.
