Rate your GAD please on a scale from 1 to 10

On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst, please rate your anxiety for me. I know these disorders can wax and wane over time but on average, how bad is your GAD? I would say for me over the past 4 years, I have been between 7 and 8.

I can deal with the panic attacks when they happen. It is the constant fear and complete inability to ever relax is what what drives me crazy and has really ruined my QOL (quality of life).

Mines up and down, generally I'd say a 7 but when I'm having a panic attack probably a 10 x
