left sided chest pain very sharp stabbing intermittent getting anxious

Hi there about an hour ago I was walking home and I got this really sharp pain in my left nipple and it lasts for about 5 seconds but really sharp. I have been a bit tense today and I had a mcdonalds just before this happened and I have a lot of wind both ends so I am wondering if it is that. I am trying to think logical here. Its not easy. I keep on imagining I am having a heart attack. I have googled it and it does not make me feel happy. I had a computer problem and my computer was away getting repaired for 2 weeks and HA a lot better when computer was away,

If its coming through your nipple it's more than likely hormones or simple nerve pain.
Try giving nurse line a call for advice ?
