Joint pain and tingling

I have been getting intermittent pain in my left knee, like shooting pains also been getting tingling in my left leg and arm and just a weird ache like feeling in that left leg? I am worried my knee pain is bone cancer and haven't googled but still scared :(

My right side is slightly tingling but I think it's my knee pain that bothers me most :( I have had it occasionally over the last 2 years or so but this month seems to be worrying me :(
