Hi Im from sheffield (Darnall) was wondering if there's anyone onhere from that area, or knows of any support groups within this area. I suffer from health anxiety and social anxiety, it would be good to speak to someone who understands, with out me feeling Im going mental! Thankyou! xx:unsure:

I volunteer for no panic sheffield. We run support groups for people suffering with anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, health anxiety, post traumatic stress and O.C.D The groups are held in sheffield city centre.

Pia, I came to the Sheffield meet on the Wednesday before Xmas, it was my first visit and I really enjoyed it! I am trying to move heaven and earth to come on Wednesday the 18th but my moronic employers are making things difficult. I will be GUTTED if I can't make it.

Thanks to the above people, I have now got a group to go to on a weds night for people with anxiety issues !!:)) Really looking forward to it and hopefully begin to get back on the road to recovery (once again) ! xx
