Just a note to say hi, really pleased to have found this site, and have enjoyed reading some of the posts. i have had panic attacks on and off for twelve years, they have got worse lately which im putting down to the fact that im getting married on thursday! I am looking forward to it but very concerned that i will have a panic attack in the ceromony. Any advice would be appreciated

Hi and congratulations :D i got married in august and before hand my panic attacks and anxiety were awfull so my doctor gave me some diazepam and i took 4mg as soon as i got up on the day then another 4mg an hour before the ceremony and i was fine all day, best day of my life :D hope you have a fantastic day xx
