Burning sensation in arm now legs :(

Earlier I got this sense of a cold feeling in my left arm kind of like a ice/hot patch. And now I have it in my legs! I'm so worried I have a neurological problem wrong with me :weep:

hi Jay - this is something I suffer with. Burning patches on arms and legs - I think this is a common anxiety symptom. THT x
