blood clot?

I have spent the day in for the 1st time in 3 weeks today doing course work/ reading etc and relaxing to get rid of the cold i have and have rarely moved. now i have slight niggles in my lower legs and am worried about a clot in my leg :(

Oh I worry about this constantly, but the fear is usually unfounded, if there was a blood clot you wouldn't be able to put any pressure on your leg due to the pain.

I get the odd leg pain, it's usually due to anxiety related muscle tension or for me over-exercising doesn't help.

Thanks. I only panic days ive stayed in. and today is one of those days- its very rare i stay i now but i felt so bad with my cold-can barely talk and had lots of coursework to catch up on so i thought i would just have the day in- regretting it now though x
