Light feeling

Was just wondering if anyone else feels light all over? Like a light body feeling ? It's horrible :( had quite an anxious day so I don't know if its anxiety? X

Dont worry hun, it will be the anxiety, i get it alot, its like a floaty feeling, numb, feels abit like ur not here, have yourself a refreshing drink, and have a lie down and relax, it will soon pass :) xxx

Thankyou :) it has passed a bit now I'm just left with a groggy, dizzy, sick feeling... It just feels never ending.. One thing after another all the time :( xx
