Ordered CBT4PANIC

I just ordered the CBT2PANIC online course. Will be getting my computer back tonight and will download the files to my own computer (used my daughter's computer to order). I am looking forward to beginning it.

I have cycles of anxiety...will be fine for months and then anxiety will resurface, last for up to a month and then go away until the next time. Will this course help even though I do not have anxiety on a regular basis? I am assuming so. Also, is it beneficial to work on the course if I am not currently in one of my anxiety cycles?

If you have recurring anxiety then you are doing exactly the right thing by exploring it in more detail - many people just put up with on and off anxiety for years - when there really is no need to - recovery is very possible once you find the right treatment.
