difficulty swallowing

Thanks to eveyone who replied glad im not on my own, I find Im geting in more often now, and most of the time when Im not even stressed out! oh well hopefully it will go as sudden as it started

i have such difficulty swallowing when in a situation that i dont like... do you find it realy scary like me? sometimes i fear that i am going to choke, must be the worst feelig in the world. you're not alone :-)
