Lump on chest

Ok so yesterday i found a little lump on my chest, its painful and red. It doesnt look like a spot and today its gotten even bigger, its inbetween the breasts and im worried it could stop my heart or something, the lump is under the skin and its hardly raised but i can feel a huge lump underneath. Also i get this black mark appear on the front of my neck quite alot, but then it dissapears again, its not dry skin or anything and it makes my neck look dirty.. Please help..

It wont stop your heart so forget that. Prob is a spot put some antisepic on it and leave for a couple of days.
Black mark probably dead skin cells build up------exfolliate x

This is the only thing I could really find about them.
