cant sleep, discomfort when i shut my eyes.

hey ive posted ALOT today lol... anyway everytime i shut my eyes i get this weird spaced out feeling in the centre of my head and everythings light arms legs etc. so since i cant shut my eyes i cant sleep what can help?

I'd reccomend a trip to the docs, sleep deprivation isn't very good and they'll defo help, I get quite bad sleeping issues and go to the docs.

I think you're focusing on this feeling too much.

This could just be your body trying to get into the relaxed state for sleep. But i am not a doctor.

I am a terrible sleeper myself and experience all sorts of weird and wonderful symptoms as i'm trying to get some shut eye.
If my symptoms bother me that much, i switch the light on and read until they subside, if the symptoms do subside then you know it's just anxiety! Plus the reading makes your eyes sleepy! :flowers:
