Hi Sit2Know,

I have been meditating for a while and have recently taken part in an 8 week mindfulness meditation class. Meditating is one of my passions and I am hoping it will become a life-long habit. I'd be happy to discuss this more with you if you want to PM me x

I was going to start yoga a few months back but I did not feel ready and the whole thing of joining a new class scared me, but I am hoping to do it in the new year. I've been told that yoga and meditation can really help reduce anxiety.

I do yoga and meditate.. It has helped me cope so well with my anxiety. I would reccommend it and the sooner you join a group the easier it will get. After a couple of sessions I soon got the hang of it.
