Sticky Stool After Flushing?

Hi, today I went to the toilet and was relieved that passing my stool felt normal. However, when I flushed it down, 2 tiny spots of stool were left on the bowl. :( It went away after I flushed down for a 2nd time.

My friend has mentioned that he found on the Internet that if this happens, I might be eating too much fatty food? I've been staying away from fatty food for almost a week now :( I feel like I'm due for a heart attack. :( Help :(

That is why they have those brushes for the toilet... It's perfectly normal, though i sometimes wish mine was less sticky.
