Effexor XR

Anyone taken this for HA before? Ive taken Lexapro before but it didn't work and made me gain a heap of weight. Ive recently started Effexor and aside from a horrific first week sxs wise I actually think it might be working.

Anyone else tried this one?

I take Effexor XR. I have been on it for several years after Lexapro didn't work. It has helped tremendously. While I still get anxious, especially during stressful times (I am in the middle of my final year at uni...pretty stressful!), I can function daily, whereas I used to just curl up and cry or have continual panic attacks.

I took Effexor XR for years and it worked wonderfully for me...I only stopped and switched to Celexa for insruance reasons. The only the that drive me up a wall with Effexor was if you missed a pill for what ever reason - your whole system got screwed up. Other than that - it worked GREAT!
