struggling with numbness..

hey guy swell past few months ive been suffering with numbness but its kinda gotten worse, inside my head/back of eyes is numb its so uncomfortable, im in my house alone for a few days which doesnt make it any easier and i struggle to sleep as it is could someone help me in any way? :unsure:

Lack of sleep can and will lead to stress and depression and usually work in a vicious cycle. One causes the other and vice versa.
The blood vessels and nerves, which supply the face and head, originate in the neck and shoulders. Many of these nerves and blood vessels are routed across the head to the face. When the body is under stress these areas of the body are usually the first to become tense. Facial numbness can be very disturbing but is usually nothing to worry about and is usually the result of this tension.

Good nights sleep is easier said than done mate. Try relaxing, and getting outside is a must. A few hours fresh air will help you.
