Last saturday i started getting a tingling rush numb feeling in my head, from the back of my neck to the front of my forehead, i can only feel it really when i touch my hair or if i'm out in the wind, i am told that this is due to hyperventilation, apparentley you can hyperventilate without even knowing it.

Does anyone else get this as it is quite worrying?

Hi Liz,

When I had this problem my doc told me it was muscle related as I was having neck and shoulder problems. The tingling was so bad I diagnosed myself with a brain tumour. I still get it on and off and for me another nasty symptom always comes along to take my mind off the one I had before. So please do not worry as I think its just one of the many crap things we have to put up with lol

My girl friend passes out alot and they thought that she was having breathing problems with stress and yes they can happen without even knowing, you mind works in funny ways, its turns out my girl friend could be eperlexic so it wasnt that but it was amazing to here about it.

A little tip if you are worring about passing out etc etc, dont worry if you do you breathing comes back to normle thats why you pass out its your body dealing with the problem.
