Worry when something changes?

Hi. :) This might sound a bit weird, but I'm usually quite a cold person, I get shivers fairly often, and cold hands and feet. I don't worry about it because it's been for my whole life. But right now, I feel nice and comfy, no shivers, quite cosy and warm hands and feet. Why am I worrying that there's something wrong because I'm not shivery?! Arghh!!

as you say we even worry when things go right, just enjoy the comfy feeling, while it lasts x
