Hey Everyone! ..... New to site!!!

Hey Everyone!

I am 23 years old and have suffered from anxiety all my life!!! Sometimes my anxiety triggers panic attacks.

My anxiety ruins my life. I hate the way i am and i feel like i am going to be like this forever.

I have been on anti depressants since the age of 16. I have been to see many people including a psychiatrist, youth workers, doctors etc and now i am currently seeing a counselor who recommended this site to me!!!

So ...... here i am!!!

Like you anxiety has been with me all my life. This site is a great way to be able to discuss how you are feeling with others who know exactly what you are going through.
