exams :( i wanna cry, severe palpitations

hi guys im really struggling today (exam stress), does anybody get palpitation when they yawn? well i cant really yawn cause the muscles in my chest are sooo tight, my plams are sooo sweaty, im a reck :(,

I get palpitations sometimes when I'm anxious and when I take a deep breathe in . U say you r doing exams ? This is what maybe causing them x

ye im just all over the place, so anxious all day, any noise could have set me off :( 2mo will be better
