Aches n pains???

Hi I was wondering if anyone else get this.

When Im asleep I seem to periodically wake myself up... stretching which causes me to get pain in my legs and across my chest. Almost like I over-stretch between 3-10 times a night and then this causes pain in my chest muscles calf muscles which can then ache all day and then some. Any one else, or just me?

I get something similar, but it's not painful. In that half awake state, between sleep and being awake, I stretch, and then my body tenses. That wakes my up fully and I'm wide awake and tense. Find it really difficult to get back to sleep again. Drives me nuts.
