Hi,

Glad to find a place with such great information and helpful advice. Thought i should join just so i can say thanks.

I suffer from Panic attacks.. anxiety, nervous twitches and such...

Was having a Panic Attack today and rather than go for my usual idea of diagnosing a heart attack (despite lots of previous medical evidence to the contrary) i had a look for advice on panic attacks...
