How do you manage your grief when you lose a child no other greif is like then one im feeling now :( x

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I haven't experienced it so I can't tell you how to manage your grief, especially since everyone grieves in their own ways. I lost both of my grandfathers recently only six weeks apart, and although its not like losing a child, I know that for me it really hit me hard. Cry as much as you need to, talk about everything your feeling with a trusted family member or friend, in other words let it all out. If you need to talk please feel free to post back to me or PM me.
