Swine flu/virus

Once again as winter comes round I start fixating on Swine Flu. I had a stomach bug a month ago, then an early miscarriage at the start of this month. I am feeling exhausted, tired, stressed and weak/dizzy.

I am worried about swine flu again and start looking at my mum and daughter and start panicking.

Please help. Does anyone have any stats or anything else that can help me?
