whats going on with me

I have had a sinus infection for the last 4 days today i woke with horrible cough and an achy pressure in my upper chest ( roughly where a pendant would rest) its not sore just noticible but due to health anxiety im worrie dits my heart so now im noticing it a lot more and im petrified..
it is uncomfortable when i keep clearing my throat/nose but otherwise its barealy there has anyone else had this?

Was you on any antibiotics? you may be getting a chest infectsion maybe worth going to doctors to get checked out :) x
