Hi my name is Lana aged 44 and have spent 30 of those years scared and depressed!!....I am new to this site and am determined that in 2012 I will have a different outlook to life and get rid of 'the fear'.I am a mother and now grandmother.So need to get better,once i get christmas out of the way.So glad iv found this forum.:)
