Hi everyone,
I hope you are doing well.
My problem is that I have a feeling of a dry mouth/tongue. It isn't dry and no problems in there. It just feels dry and I seem to have developed a sort of tic. I keep rubbing my tongue around my mouth and catching it on my teeth causing cuts and pain on the side of it. This obviously makes it worse :(
So my question is this. Is the feeling of a dry mouth because of moving my tongue around? Has anyone out there had this or know what to do about it?
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you
