Feeling numb

Just had a bit of a panic attack where my eyes went funny and my head went funny too.. This has passed but now I feel a bit numb all over, not numb to touch but just numb if you know what I mean? Was wondering if anyone else got this as its worrying me quite a bit? Xx

Is it just part of anxiety then? It's getting a bit better now it's just so horrible and scary xx

Yeah I get this loads, a classic anxiety symptom.

That is what it is, It is EVIL and a find breathing into a paper bag McDonalds bags seem to work well :) does the job
I was in hospital a long time ago with this and as soon as I got my breathing under control it was all good
