Pectoral Muscle pain

Hi guys

I'm just wondering in any of you guys carry much soreness in your pec muscles after a period of Anxiety?

I find that I get aches and pains after or during anxiety and if I push I massage them it's absolute agony! So sore!

Anyone else get this or related in the area of the upper body?

Hi yes I get this a bit. Its really sore, if i lean over they hurt, they hurt if I lay on my side or stretch. Apparently I was told it is the way I tense up in moments of extreme anxiety, that I strain the muscles in my chest. For me this comes and goes but can last a good few weeks.
