Last night posted about my bloodrush and achy legs.. My bloodrush was the sort of feeling you get when you walk really really quick and you feel like your legs are about to drop off and they burn and ache, I had that just randomly when I was sat down and it gave me a huge panic attack and I've woken up this morning feeling achy and so so anxious that it will happen again, was wondering if anyone else got this? It's horrible and really scaring me, I'm terrified that my legs will ache that much that I will be in bed and won't be able to use them :( :( please help xx

I'm scared I've got ms or fibromyalgia or something :/ and that I'm gonna end up in horrendous pain and no one will be able to help me :( x
