had a virus lately had chest pressure and same in my back which i have been really worried over... now im feeling a little better even though my anxiety is through the roof.. i still have some discomfort in my back and chest but seeing the doctor again tomorrow as think i need more antibiotics... but today when i move my head at times im a little fuzzy looking at things and i feel my legs are really weak is this anxiety or is it something serious?

I sometimes get that when I have mucus built up from being sick, I take mucinex and it helps thin the mucus and cough it up to lessen the pressure. Do they sell mucinex in the UK? The medicine in it is called guaffinessin or something like that.
