Hello everyone, I have been reading this site for a couple of months or so when my HA was at it`s worst, and I would just like to say it has been a god send, the thoughts I were having were not good, but seeing the symptons, stories from other people has made me realise its all anxiety (hopefully, still not 100% convinced, but getting better)
So, just wanted to say hello, and thank you.
