Successful Trip To The Mall

Hi All,

This morning went to the local Mall with my Mum ( i suffer with agoraphobia so this was a big thing for me) Anyway i did it & didnt have a panic & was quite calm. (made a difference as the place had air conditioning)

Hi Alex,

Thats brilliant, well done, you should be very proud of yourself. I know what you mean about the air conditioning, theres a big shop i can't go into because its so hot in there, if it had air conditioning i might be able to go in there, without getting all stuffy and panicky!!!

Hope this is the start of more and more outings for you, i'm sure you can do it.

Well done - I know what you mean about air con. I avoid any department stores or clothing shops where you walk in the door and feel instantly dizzy so they lose out on business from people like us!!! well done for making it to the mall!!!
