im freakin out, my fingers went numb and i couldnt feel them i couldnt hold anythin, then my heart started poundin and i went dizzy and felt a rush go though my bpdy i think it was a panick attack feelin very scared xx

Sounds like a panic attack to me. Try to relax as much as possible. You will feel tired and weak for a while.
