I keep having pain in my left breast, it's all over my breast under my arm and in the top of my arm. It aches, feels like burning and my nipple feels weird. Like a pinching sensation. I went to my dr today she felt them both etc.

She said its probebly hormonal & to take EPO, and go back next month if it's still sore and she would refer me to the breast clinic. I'm so scared now what if it's cancer!! Its always just the left side. Could she have sensed something while feeling it??? I'm 28 and really scared that it's cancer and has spread.

If the doc was overly concerned she would have sent you within a few days. I have had similar hormone related pain.:bighug1:Vx

If your doctor had felt something, she would have sent you for a mammography right away.
This pain you have is most probably hormonal.
Breast cancer usually does not cause pain.

Of course you should go back to uour doctor next month if the pain doesn't go away, but I am sure it is hormonal.
I have hormonal pain in one breast. I have also had a lump, so the checked the breast with mammographies and ultrasounds, and everything looks ok.
The told me that 9 of 10 women who have lumps or pain, do NOT have cancer.

Thank you.

I guess it just scares me cause it's only one breast.

Just to reassure you I have this a lot - and always in one breast! I almost have willed my other one to hurt to make me feel better! But it is totally normal and just one of those things for women! Pain is rarely a sign of anything sinister and if your GP was concerned she would have referred you now. Whatever you go in for the Dr will always say come back it gets worse etc - this is like cold fear for HA sufferer (I hate it when they say it) but of course its just standard wording they must use! x
