:bighug1:Yes many will report not having an appetite with panic anxiety. Once you know what is going on with you, fully understand it, and lose the fear, then you will feel like eating again. In the meantime try to keep your fluids up, have some soup, 'complan' or similar take your vitimins. Your nerves are sensitised and giving you some very powerful symptoms which although frightening, can not harm you. Your fight or flight response has kicked in inappropriately and has asked your body to prepare to run, this can not harm you, though I know this is hard to believe.
There is a brilliant book by Dr Claire Weekes;SELF HELP FOR YOUR NERVES published by Thorsens ISBN 0-7225-3155-9.This is available from the NMP shop. Dr Weekes was a physician and scientist. She was a fellow sufferer (nominated for the nobel prize for medicine) and really understood this illness. She took the mystery out of it, and devised a simple programme for recovery. I can't recommend this enough.( It is a bit old fashioned, but still so relevant).
