Very weird. In around Oct I started being obsessed with my breathing this went on for about two three months. Suffered a real panic attack. Came back to the boards and began to see it is most likely anxiety. Well since then all my old aliments keep coming back and switching. Am i getting worse. I alternate from my facial pain (which i suffered for yrs), burning mouth, burning skin, derealization and then the breathing. Like they are on auto play i can get all of them in the same hr. Making me so upset thinking my anxiety is worse. Oh yea and burning throat.
