numb feeling in head??/

hey so i have this numb feeling behind my eyes and in the centre of my head, the feeling is undescribable but the closest description to it is "numb" , anyway i wanna know if any of u guys get this feeling and how i can cope better with it, thanks everyone, any feedback would be appreciated as always:yesyes:

I've had a weird thing for a couple of years now. Its like a feeling of overwhelming pressure or like 'butterflies' in my head...I did say it was weird lol.
But now ive read your description, numb is a good way to describe it. Can you think of any other ways to explain it? whatever it is, I dont think its anything harmful, just not nice.
