Today I have a pain across he back of my ribs mostly on the left side, for some reason I'm so worried it going to be a heart attack , I have been doing really well recently now this :(

I get that once in a while based on how I slept or if I lifted something heavy, it sounds like a pulled muscle.

heart attack pain is central and not over the heart if that makes sense

Could be a pulled muscle or indigestion or trapped wind
