Heart Rate

I have recently been using the treadmill at the gym and my heart rate has gone up and in some cases said high heart rate, had anybody else had this. Once i have slowed things down my heart rate goes back to normal. I have had ECGs in the past and nothing wrong. Am i overdoing it?

I had exactly the same thing and it may be that you are possibly overdoing it. It's a bit scary for a few seconds then settles down. Those heart-rate monitors are not totally accurate but it wouldn't be a bad idea to take things a little more steadily perhaps.
That reminds me, I must get back to the gym!

hi guys im the same as soon as i hit 140 i want to stop and bring it down it does stop me doing alot more
