bach pain since my panic attack

since i had my 1st bad panic attack just over a fortnight ago i hav been having really bad back pain taking ibuprofen and everything but it doesnt go. im scared it could be cancer because doesnt cancer always start in your back any reassurance would help me. :weep:

Hmm, it could be tension in your back. Backs are a place that tend to gather tension and it can cause quite a lot of pain. If you had a panic attack for the first time lately it could be due to stress, or stress from the past, or even from the horribleness and worry of the panic attack!
I hope this helps a little, obviously check it out with your doctor if you are worried or it doesn't shift.
